Danger = Attraction, Part 1

I like to envision myself as a scholar, a philosopher, a man of letters.

Then I get back to reality and find myself doing things that have much greater practical relevancy than study, meditation and reflection – with Exhibit A being my recent Mexican experience of mastering the swimming pool backflip. It’s a highly valuable skill (especially if you are a salmon), which guarantees a lot of fun and well-earned self-respect to those who manage to survive the first seven hundred attempts (usually this means the bystanders). It’s also an awesome way on how to manipulate women and enslave them for life. Kid ya not.

But I digress…

My backflips are very fast. As it was impossible to capture Bruce Lee’s kung fu strikes on film at twenty four frames per second because he managed to dismember, disembowel, and decapitate a dozen of his opponents between each two frames, so it has proved beyond the reach of modern photographic technology to register the split second of my hovering in the air during the backflip. The difference, of course, is that Bruce Lee was known to slow down sometimes, when asked politely. I can’t. I’m too fast.

This is I on the photo (or should I have written “this is me on the photo”? English can be so very confusing.) Of course I cannot prove it’s me (or I), so you’ll have to take my word for it. You’ll also have to take my word for the fact that it was indeed a full-fledged, perfectly executed backflip, and not, as has been insinuated by a number of evil, envious people, a vulgar ass-forward drop.

The photo credit belongs to my (very current) girlfriend (whom I had done a cold approach on with great success), who is not only an accomplished photographic artist, but also a perfect ten. If you look closer, you might be able to see her reflection in every molecule of water my athletic body raised from the pool.

I am certain that my ability to handle danger is what attracts her to me. Living on the edge – that’s why style.

If you want to be like me and date a perfect ten, you should learn to do dangerous things. Like learning how to use fractionation on women. Or how to make a woman want me.

Addendum: I’ve since broken up with the said girlfriend, and am now working tirelessly to get her back.

How To Talk To Women On The Phone

There’s one sex aid that you must master to have a good love life. You’ll find at least one in just about every home in the city and most people use one daily. That’s right, I’m talking about the telephone.

OK, so you’ve just met a sexy stranger and got her phone number. Then it’s time to make that crucial first phone call. Are your ready to make a good impression? It’s rather important because if your phone technique sucks there’s no way you’re going to get into her pants.

Remember you never get a second chance to make a first impression. So here are a few amazing seduction techniques to ensure you give a good first impression over the phone:-

  1. Only call when you’re in the mood – never when you’re tired, stressed out or cranky. You need to be mentally sharp to display your dazzling personality.
  2. Kill the background noise. You want to give undivided attention to her, and nor getting distracted.
  3. Dutch courage is not a good idea for the first phone call. Slurring is not sexy or seductive and so don’t try to calm your nerves with a few drinks. If you are feeling nervous, jot down a few notes about things you want to say and practice the conversation out loud. Also, standing up while you talk will make you feel more relaxed for some reason (try it!).
  4. Don’t eat, chew gum, or smoke while talking.
  5. Use Fractionation – give her the emotional highs and lows over the phone. Read this splendid guide by Derek Rake. You’ll thank me for it.
  6. Speak clearly: don’t mumble and don’t start every other sentence with “uh”.
  7. Don’t get all sexy. Leave the phone sex until you know each other a bit better. Erotic talk will kill attraction especially when it’s still too early in the game.

Remember: if you want to be good at seduction, you’ll need to master the phone game – there’s really no two ways about it! Soon, there will be lots of amazing women will start flirting with you and you won’t be complaining! Trust me 🙂

Awkward Silence on a Date

I’m never too lazy to write new articles for this blog, but every now and then I get pretty damn busy.

I’ve been teaching courtship almost every day for the last few months. So I’ve decided I could use some help. Today I am introducing a blog post by a guest writer, a young woman from Stockholm named Jessy. Have you encountered women so beautiful that men grow frightened and slightly sad in their presence? Jessy is like that. I met her on a plane on my way back home to New York after a few days of teaching abroad. I asked Jessy to write something for my blog.

Jessy writes:

“I enjoy conversations with men, but sometimes there are awkward moments when during a man and a woman grow silent, and both are thinking frantically: “Oh my God. I should say something!”

But nothing comes to mind.

If something like this happens to you, don’t say anything. Silence will be much better than obvious and strained attempts to strike a new topic. Of course, some guys specialize in “silent seduction” – where they attract women using nothing but body language. Let me be clear: non-verbal communication is one of the deadliest seduction technique there is. It’s no joke.

(Or worse, commit the “faking familiarity” deadly sin like what the great Derek Rake said inside the Shogun Method.)

A guy once actually said to me on a date after we were silent for quite a while – he said: “I like it. I like how we can be silent and don’t have to say anything. I think it’s fun.”

It was such a relief to hear him say that. I relaxed and no longer felt annoyed by the inner voice nagging me: “Say something, say something”. All uneasiness was gone. It was the next level in our intimacy: now it was OK not to talk.

It’s OK Not To Talk… Really

“Funny, now I see he did actually say something, he wasn’t completely silent. But he didn’t pretend, and he didn’t fake interest.”

I support Jessy’s insight. In my opinion, the true mastery of any art can be found on the opposite side of that art. As the mastery of combat comes when the battle is won before it began, so the verbal mastery is founded on silence.

A man should value his words. Being laconic is manly and attractive. After all, it only takes one sentence to make a woman fall in love.
