Approaching women can be the easiest thing to do on earth. Or, it can be the hardest. It’s known to make grown men sweat and collapse in panic. So, what gives?
The single most important thing about dating and seduction is to learn how to behave naturally around women. This is especially true when it comes to approaching women. To help you overcome your approach anxiety, here are a couple of ideas.
Go Where Women (Naturally) Congregate
First of all, find places where you are bound to meet women. Pick sports that females like. Go to places where women go to. Yoga classes, cooking classes, you name it. You want to practice being around women.
Learn that women, even though it may seem they don’t act and think like men, in reality, are pretty much the same and for this reason, you don’t have to fear them. Just go to meet them with the intention to make new friends, and nothing more. Don’t expect to bag a chick for a one night stand when you don’t even know how to talk with a woman in the first place. Take one step at a time. You may start by approaching women at the cafe, for example.
Fixing Your Inner Game
Approach anxiety is probably the toughest sticking point in the dating game for most guys. Nevertheless, it’s a problem that can be solved. Fixing your inner game will automatically eliminate your approach anxiety for good. Fixing your inner game is absolutely essential if you want to know how to make her want you back (if she has left you.)
For starters, here’s how to fix your inner game. Don’t sit at home all day! Go find some activities that are fun and involves other people. Alternatively, you can check out this previous guide which I have written.
The deep negative feelings that you may have are causing thoughts like: Why should I be attractive? Why would this woman want me? If I mess this up everybody will be laughing at me! If I get rejected I get a slap in the face because the woman doesn’t want me.
To get rid of something like this is to actually learn how to be attractive. Learn how to love your life and what you are doing. Learn not to give a damn what others say. That’s how you would build your inner game.
Derek Rake’s Shogun Method covers loads of aspects of dating and is one of the best-selling dating resources around, but it’s probably not for you if you’re a beginner.
